Digitizing Fee Notice

A digitizing fee will apply depending on your design or logo. Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a stitch file required for embroidery. Any digitizing fees will be communicated and approved by the customer before production begins.

 

Design Approval & Turnaround Time

Turnaround time does not begin until the customer has approved the final design and the artwork has been successfully converted into a stitch file.

 

Once design approval and digitizing are complete, production turnaround time is 4–6 business days (does not include shipping).
