Shipping Policy/Turnaround Time

Turnaround Time 

DTF Transfer, or made to order t-shirt turnaround time is 4-6  business day.  

Screen Print Turnaround time is 1-3 Business  Days depending on the time you order. We do post office run at 2pm. 

Custom DTF Transfers  and or Custom UV Decals is 7 business Days. If you need Rush order Please add  rush fee of $15 to your cart at check out. (Rush fee will put your order in the front of the line but you will still have regular shipping) If you need Rush and Express Shipping you can add that to your cart as well. (Or Send us a email before order) Please note all Rush Orders less than 50 will need to be made before 2 pm Post off run. Anything after that time will go out next business day. Express Shipping is 2 day shipping. We do not do overnight shipping at all. 

Please note if you are within your turnaround time please be patient and wait for your tracking email sent too your email. 

Canceling Orders

If you wish to cancel your order after you have place your order there  will be 15% restock fee subtracted from your total  and we will give you a store credit for the order. There will be no refund for order just store credit. 

 

Out of stock Items 

If or when we are out stock at the time of us pulling your order we will give you a store credit and put your credit code on your invoice before shipping out.

Defected/ Damage Items 

We're sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your order. We do not issue refunds only exchanges for store credit.(We don't take returns for Transfers, and custom items)  You have 10 days from confirmation of receipt to begin the return, refund, or exchange process. 

Please note we are not responsible if you have not taken the time to read pressing instructions or press your press incorrectly. 
Our transfers are for you to sell on physical products. You are not allowed to resell our transfers.
- Heat Press is REQUIRED for pressing our Clear Film, DTF Transfers and Single Color Screen Print Transfers. 

 

Missing items or Defect to your item  (Must meet all criteria)

Please check your packages upon arrival. You have 10 days too report missing transfers. After that we aren’t responsible for replacing them. We are also not responsible for package being damage in transit if it was you would need to contact UPS or UPS and File a Claim. 

Before we forward your order to the carrier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. 

If the prints are a defect please send the follow information to our email or chat. 

1 - Your name, e-mail, and best contact number

2 - Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)

3 - Picture of the item if damaged

 

Holiday Rush 
Please allow extra time for shipping due to the Holiday Season and/or Winter weather. We WILL NOT be responsible for stolen, damaged packages or packages that have been delivered to wrong address. If your address has changed, please update before making your order. 
Lost or Stolen Package 
We have added something new to our shipping: ROUTES. Routes is a service that you can now be add to your checkout to protect your package.  With Routes if your package is stolen, lost and you are not getting any results with the delivery service, you can now make your claim through the ROUTES Service to get a resolve to your shipping issue or refund. If you did not add route too your order your are now responsible for filing a claim  through the the carrier (USPS or UPS). We will no longer file claims for you anymore unless its for Route. Please make sure too add this at checkout. Its like a little extra insurance for your package. It very inexpensive. 

 Returned Shipping Due too Incorrect Address 

If your order is returned to Design Sisters for "insufficient address" or any other reason that is not the fault of Design Sisters, we will subtract  a 15% restocking fee minus the shipping cost and route you will get a store credit of the remaining balance. If you wish for us too resend the package out you will be responsible for shipping again.
